March In or March Out!
Do you need to re-evaluate your relationship?
Welcome to Love in March, Special Edition Issue 020. Time is going by so fast and I don't quite feel ready to go into the warmer months. I mean sure I'm ready to fire up the grill and eat hamburgers smothered in ketchup and mustard but the truth is; it's time to cut my losses and tie up loose ends in my relationships.
Some of us keep a tight timeline on the lifespan of your relationships and others just go with the flow. For those of you who just go with the flow; every once in a while it's good to do some re-evaluating. This month if we don't declare anything else, let's declare it the Month for Peace of Mind. Stop worrying about your partner doing something behind your back, it will only stress you out. The fact is: If your partner wants to do wrong they will and that's just the bottom line!
We can only continue to be the best we can be and do the best we can do!!! The
very last thing you want to do is blame yourself for reasons why your partnerships didn't work out. We must continue to follow the guiding lights of our intuition that leads to evidence of things not seen, because it's ALWAYS right. Everything done in the dark to a partner who is totally faithful shall be revealed in the light. Wait and See, all you have is time~

Mardi Gras - Never Miss the Party Again!
Mardi Gras - A carnival held in some countries on Shrove (Fat) Tuesday, most famously in New Orleans. Mardi Gras is the day you pig out before observing 40 days of Lent. (Info. obtained from an online source).
The Celebration has begun! What are you waiting for?
I don't know about you guys, but I'd like to celebrate Mardi Gras all year round. It's a fantastic time to spend with family, friends and loved ones. Hanging out at intimate gatherings, attending carnivals, festivals and parades. Travelling the road, eating ice cream and meeting new people in between stops. So much fun!!! Although some of us enjoy Mardi Gras for the beads and the sights you see when someone receives those beads :) but it's also a time for the community to unify and share in peace a harmless and creative celebration. FUN... FUN... FUN...
I've attached the link for the Mardi Gras website where each year a countdown
begins leading up to the festivities. Don't miss out next year, I sure won't :). Don't forget to Bookmark the link for the Next

Where's the Beer
[St. Patrick's Day - March 17, 2014]
It's St. Patrick's Day
Some people don't drink beer as opposed to the many others who do. Me included! I'm a beer connoisseur and love trying new flavors.
This year the six beers I've selected to celebrate St. Patrick's Day the Irish-American way are:
- Guinness Foreign Extra Stout
- Shock Top
- Dog Head Ale
- Sam Adams Irish Red
- Blue Moon
~1st Day of Spring - Yoga Poses ~
[First Day of Spring - March 17, 2014]
A simple pose could transform your life.
I know you think this is a cartoon and doesn't help any but in all honesty these poses work for me every single day.
Instead of the whole loose weight feel great concept, I wanted to go with something simple, easy and fun. Now granted at first it may be somewhat difficult even uncomfortable to strike these poses, but once you start adjusting your body you will be in it's own state of Zen. Slowly you will build muscle mass while firming, meditating and getting to know you a little bit better.
Remember:Inhale through your nose and exhale from your mouth start with deep breaths and relax.
Meditation relies on your thoughts, always try to think positive!!!
What's Cooking at The Love Chamber This Month?
Chili & Rice Pizza
Here is a fantastic recipe I snagged from Hormels:
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: In no time
1 can hormels chili
1 cup jasmine rice
1 pound or 1/2 pound of ground beef
1/4 cup finely chopped onions, yellow squash and red peppers
Cook ground beef - drain
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Add ground beef and can of chili in pan - cook
Cook your jasmine rice on the side
Take a flat skillet and put your rice in and lightly sift until it fills the pan floor.
Pour chili/hamburger mix on top of rice
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top (as much as you'd like and let it bake)
You want to keep a close watch on it because your rice can dry out and get hard. Cover it with aluminum foil if you notice it's taking too long for the cheese to melt.
Enjoy your meal.....
