Your Valentine has Arrived!
So, What's the plan?
Welcome to Love in February, Special Edition, Issue 019.
When you think of Valentine's Day, what comes to mind? Are you overjoyed with peace, love and warmth or are you jaded by your partners behavior and you don't feel the need to go out to get them anything? Do you blame your lack of affection on their performance throughout your relationship? Do you feel like they just don't deserve it? Well lighten up! This Valentine's Day don't think about the past, start over... Find that fondness you once had for your partner and get them a gift based on that. It's never too late!
To the Lovers:
If you are in a new relationship, Congratulations!
If you are celebrating another wonderful year of love together, Congratulations!
If you are toasting a glass of wine to loving yourself,
Love is all around!
This Valentine's day let's:
- Re-Ignite those fires that slowly dimmed overtime. Do everything you did with your partner seductively and sexually. Bring back that love!
- Become spontaneous again! The element of surprise is a sure way to your lover's heart.
- Trust as much as your mind will allow. Don't think with your heart, it's irrational. Try using your mind when dealing with real life situations and love, use your logic & common sense. Don't be no fool!
- Show your partner how you truly feel at all times. Could save you some Valentine's day money in the long run. IJS
Love should always be celebrated! *Cheers*

It's time for Love, what's the plan? Well if you don't have any, below are a few suggestions on how to spend your Valentine's Day
You can never go wrong with dinner and a movie. The opportunity to hang with your partner throughout the night is fun in itself. But also spending that quality time together never hurts. Out in the world yet in your very own bubble of love.
Staying home together is never a bad idea either. Draw your partner a nice hot bubble bath. Add the aroma most desirable and ask your partner if you can bathe them :)love is on the rise. Don't forget the (unscented) candles and red or yellow rose pedals - you can also mix. Bathe and feed your lover strawberries and grapes.
Get Naked! Grab a bottle of wine, (unscented) candles and break out the blindfolds and feathers. Both of you can take turns exploring and stimulating the senses of your body(s) just by the touch of a feather at the mercy of your partners discretion.
Go out on a double date or a couples gathering. Sometimes at these gatherings partners are at the height of their affections for you. This is an opportunity to experience the ultimate joy from your relationship, the laughter and so much love and affection. Embrace it!
So what your lover isn't really into celebrating V-Day. Put something together anyway that will make that day enjoyable for both of you. Try a late night art gallery, pub or hit the bar together. Being friends is as
important as being lovers if not more. Have fun!
Reason for Unscented candle use: When you have too many aromas it can spoil the mood especially if they are overpowering. Too many scents can also contribute to your partners slower response to your advances.
Be gentle in all your affairs with one another. People have feelings and are emotionally attached to them. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

Boost Your Self-Esteem
Our outlook and attitude on life in general plays a huge part in how happy we are in life and how successful we become. Someone who thinks positively about everything will be more relaxed, calm and smile more than someone who is always looking on the bad side, who lets stress get to them and who constantly wear a frown. Not only does how you think and feel affect you, it also affects those around you, in short our mood affects our day. Developing and keeping a positive outlook is essential if you wish to lead a positive and fulfilling life.
There are many ways in which you can develop a more positive outlook and begin to change how you think and feel about many situations that you encounter in day-to-day living. Changing your attitude and not slipping back into negative thinking will take time but eventually the new outlook will become second nature. The five main key points to remember when changing your
outlook are revealed in my
book "Boosting Self-Esteem",
